I bought a product. Now what?
Once you have successfully completed your order, you will be presented with an Order confirmation page which includes download links to the product(s) purchased and any serial numbers required.
The same information is also sent to you via e-mail for you to archive. If you already have a free-scan/trial version of the software installed on your computer, you do not need to download the software again. All you need to do is activate or unlock the software to its full capabilities, using the provided serial number.
To activate your product- Open your software-product.
- Click on the Register Now button. A pop-up will prompt you to enter your serial number. Uniblue serial numbers come in the following format, where X represents a character:
XX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX. - Copy the serial number. To do this you can follow the following instructions:
- Highlight the full serial number.
- Right-click and select copy.
- Paste the serial number by clicking on the link titled 'Click here to paste the serial number into the above box.'
- Click on Activate now.
I keep being asked to purchase a product I already bought. Why?
Generally this means that your product still needs to be activated. To activate, you will need to input a serial number that was emailed to you upon purchase.
To activate your product
- Open your software-product.
- Click on the Register Now button. A pop-up will prompt you to enter your serial number.
- From the order confirmation email, find your serial number.
- Copy the serial number. To do this you can follow the following instructions:
- Highlight the full serial number.
- Right-click and select copy.
- Paste the serial number by clicking on the link titled 'Click here to paste the serial number into the above box.'
- Click on Activate now.
Cannot find your serial number? Request it with your order details.
I am getting a message saying ‘Your serial number is invalid’? What’s wrong?
This means that there was a problem with the serial number you entered. If the number was issued by Uniblue, it is likely that the number is being entered incorrectly.
Please try to enter the number again by following these instructions:
To enter serial number
- Copy the serial number. To do this you can follow the following instructions:
- Highlight the full serial number.
- Right-click and select copy.
- Paste the serial number by clicking on the link saying 'Click here to paste the serial number into the above box.'
- Click on Activate now.

Check serial number format
If this does not work, please ensure that you are using the right serial number for your product. Serial numbers are product specific and follow the format below, where X represents a number or letter:

SpeedUpMyPC: SP-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

What is ActiveProtection? Why did I receive an email?
All Uniblue products purchased through our website after September 2007 include, by default, one year of ActiveProtection starting from the date of purchase. This protection ensures that you receive free support, product updates and upgrades as they become available, as well as the ability to install the software on up to 3 PCs.
Every year you will receive by email notification of ActiveProtection's renewal. You can choose to opt out, in which case you will be given the option to renew manually.

Many application related issues can be resolved by performing a clean reinstallation. Please click here for a step-by-step guide to reinstall your product.
