How Do I Order Software?
Simply select the software you want to order by clicking the ‘Buy Now’ button. When you click ‘Buy Now’ you will be taken to your shopping cart, powered by Cleverbridge UK, where you can choose a payment option and then receive your download within seconds, after making your payment. A serial code will be sent to your email address along with a link to download your software in future.
Do I Need A Backup CD?
No, although some people like to receive a copy of their software on a CD which they can store indefinitely. We provide a backup CD for some applications in the store for a nominal fee. We will supply you with a copy of your software and serial code on the backup CD.
Why Was My Card Declined?
In most instances this will be due to fraud protection from your credit card provider. Although you have protection when you purchase goods, online, through your credit card, your company may decline a large order or an order made through an online store for the first time. If your card is declined, we suggest you speak with your card provider and/or your bank. You can also pay through PayPal if you use this facility. Incorrect card registration address details will also cause a card decline, so make sure you enter the address to which your credit or debit card has been registered to.
Is The Transaction Secure?
Yes, very secure. Your transaction is handled by Cleverbridge who power the e-commerce for major software brands such as Acronis, Laplink, Uniblue, Paragon Software and others. They use an SSL certificate verified by VeriSign and the transaction process is tested on-the-fly by McAfee. If you prefer, you can also pay through PayPal. When you pay via PayPal, your transaction information is retained by PayPal and your credit card details are not shared with any e-commerce provider. This is the most secure option available.
Can I Ask For A Refund?
The refund policy is set in accordance with Phoenix Distribution. We will issue a refund within 10 working days after date of purchase once all support avenues have been exhausted. If the purchase was done with a credit/debit card, the refund will appear on the credit/debit card used for the transaction.
Who Keeps Our User/Order Information?

What Happens If The License Number Or Reference Number Does Not Work?

What Happens If The Download Of The Software Fails?
If downloads fail it’s generally due to insufficient bandwidth or insufficient space to the download location. Best solution would be to a) get more bandwidth and b) choose a different download location with sufficient space. What Happens If The Software Installation Fails?
Install failure could be caused by a variety of things. The most common being insufficient space followed by outdated Windows Installer which can be corrected by means of regular Windows updates. What Happens If The Software Fails?
This could be caused by incompatible operating systems. For example, some software works with Windows XP, Vista but not 7, some software works with Windows XP, Vista and 7. Some security suites also block the running of applications due to virus definitions within internal databases. How Do I Update The Software?
This is generally a process that happens automatically within the software where the customer won’t even notice the update taking place (like Kaspersky as an example – they release updates on the hour every hour which is automatic). Other software will inform you that an update is available and give you the choice to update. Usually when this happens the software will need to restart for updates to take effect.
How Do I Renew The Software License Code?
This happens on a yearly basis when a new version of the software gets released. Some software allows you to keep your license but purchase the new software, some software you need to repurchase a license code and software.
