This section covers the questions most frequently asked to our customer care department. Before contacting us directly for information, please take a moment to see if your question is listed below.
How do I purchase a product by remote download?
Once you have selected your software and the subscription length, click on “Buy Now”. When you click on the “Buy Now” button, an order page displays the product(s) contained in your basket (product name, version, quantity and price) and enables you to increase the quantity (or delete the product) in the basket.
You can now continue to shop on our site or proceed straight to purchase your selection.
Further on, when you click the “Checkout” button on the order page, a new page prompts you either to enter your password and email address or to fill in an information form if you are a new client.
- Name and physical address (used for billing purposes).
- Email (used to send you the electronic invoice and the access code to download).
- Business (used for professional and intercommunity purchases).
How do I pay for my order?
We comply with the secured encrypted mode (SSL) according to the ISO 8583 standard. This ensures that your banking information is completely encrypted and protected.
Once you have paid online and your payment has been validated, an order confirmation email is sent to you instantly.
Upon receipt of the confirmation email of your order or invoice, you may proceed to download immediately (or choose a deferred download) using the download access code provided in the email.
When/How can I download my software?
When we have authorised your payment by credit or debit card an email is sent to you. We will at the same time automatically redirect you to the download page.
Alternatively you can download the software by clicking on the link in the email we sent to you.
If you want to download at a later time, you can access this page within 21 days from receipt of the payment confirmation email. All you have to do is check this email message and click "download".
You can also extend the download period (1 year) by clicking here. Please enter your email address and password and proceed to download.
I have ordered my software, but I do not know where to download it. What do I do?
The download page address (URL) can be found at the beginning of the email you received immediately after having placed your order.
The address is a hypertext link just below the name of the product you've purchased: if you click on it, the web page will open your browser.

Why did I receive 2 invoices?
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message with all the details for the download of the software.
We will send you another e-mail called Invoice PC Advisor / Nexway.
The second email is just a confirmation of your purchase.
How do I install my software?
Once the download is achieved, please double-click on the install file.
Follow the instructions which appear on your screen.
Serial and activation. What is this?
The serial number is the key which allows you to use your software. The serial number (or licence number) can be found in the email sent to you after you placed your PC Advisor order. Please save your invoice and serial number details for future reference.
If you do not find this number on your invoice, do not hesitate to contact (Customer Service) Be careful, each serial number has a limited use.
I've lost data on my computer or I've uninstalled the software? How do I reinstall it?
Download the software again by clicking on the link in the confirmation email you have previously received. Several downloads are allowed.

The activation process doesn't work. How can I start using my software?
If the activation process is unable to connect to the Internet, please check the following:
1. Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet.
2. If your computer is connected to the Internet and you still cannot
activate your license, a firewall or an antivirus may be preventing
your computer from connecting to the server. Try to modify your
settings.
